The staff were very friendly and informative. My battery died due to less than recommended usage. When I brought it in they taught me about how gaps in my terminals can cause my battery warning light to come on as well as how to get the terminals tighter. All in all I have more trust in my car and in this autozone!

I have never had service this good at an auto parts store. I felt like the staff cared about the community and giving good customer service. Dale was quick and attentive when I needed my battery checked and offered great advice, making sure my problem was addressed before helping me decide on a solution. Once I decided that I needed to replace my battery, Elke was quick to lend me a hand. She helped me find a battery that would fix my vehicle and taught me quite a few things about my options, such as what the specifications meant, what kind of quality I can expect, and which options tend to have the best performance based on personal and prior customer experiences.
