Stopped into AutoZone on short notice needing brighter head light due to recent dark winter conditions.. Roland the store manager went over and beyond helping me switch out my bulbs in the freezing winter weather this afternoon.. truly a blessing.. 🙏Great customer service and very knowledgeable…Only if we had more like him!! They've been very helpful there every time I've gone in. I'm able to actually get in there and out and less time and if I need a light bulb put in for my headlights they'll put it in for me which I'm grateful for

Comment Value :I researched a part online, it said it was in my local store so I bought it. Got the email it was ready for pick up went to pick it up. It wasn’t there. Store said it was in the next city over and they could have it by opening the next day. Went to the store an hour after opening they still don’t have the part I need. It could take half the day. I have an appointment to get my car fixed and need this part. What the point of having order online and pick up if you’re not gonna follow thru on your end? I might loose my job because you geniuses can’t follow thru with an order online and get your heads out of your back sides to follow thru with it. Sending me a ready for pick up email when it’s not even in the store is also dumb. Terrible customer service and no wonder people go

Angel went above and beyond to help me out. I don’t know anything about cars and my husband is out of town, thankfully she was there and helped me . Much appreciated and was very impressed at how skilled she is.

Angel was great and helped me get my headlight and battery replaced in what some would say record time! Great store and people!
