Staff has changed. Today the parts manager tried to tell me that the belt tensioner on my car was wrong. The one he wanted to sell me was the right part. The parts place down the had the right one in stock. I only bought coolant today. I regret buy only part of what i needed. This is 100%my fualt . It wont happen again . May was nice and helpful . She just lacks knowledge. I guess the most of the staff lacks car knoledge. Hey atleast she didnt tell me the parts i took off my car where wrong!

the lady acted like she had no idea what i was talking about when i asked her if they had a certain part i needed but went to napa and they helped immediately. clueless worker with no customer service skills whatsoever. hire some competent workers and maybe customers wouldn’t be let down.

Garrett T helped me by changing my windshield wipers in the rain, he went above and beyond his job. This allowed me to safely drive home 30 minutes away. Thank you again so very much!

I was at the store this evening 8/22 with my family. Your employee Mr Kenton helped me with a battery. We walked outside and seen a young man having car issues. After talking to him we decided to buy him a battery and Mr Kenton stepped up and put in some of his own money as well. He is a very nice polite and helpful young man. He impressed me. Thank him for me.

There’s a younger kid that works there he’s awesome will do anything to help you out a Hispanic kid. But there’s 2 other guys there a younger kid Kelton sounds like his name and his manager are compete worthless. Refuse to communicate or even try and help or even attempt to do anything to help you.
