I have mixed reviews about the location in a Holyoke Plaza. 80% of the staff is as advertised. Friendly, helpful and attentive. But there's this one guy who's customer service royally Sucks. You'll notice him immediately because as you seek service he insists on you greeting him personally. It's super annoying. They also always try to Up sell to the highest priced brand. My advice, Knowledge is Power people. Know the brand, the price range and if possible OEM number. P.S Big Ups to the manager at this location. He's absolutely Awesome at his job!

I would recommend this place a thousand times over! Mike and Gerry were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. I’m beyond happy I chose to come here—the level of customer service I received was truly outstanding. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Really tired of going here. The employees are very unprofessional, rude, and are always ignoring customers. I've been stuck with this location out of convenience, but with the increase of my business, it's no longer convenient for me to wait around while the workers finish their conversations with each other. Fantastic experience! Super friendly and helpful staff and overall a fun vibe. Very refreshing to interact with people who are genuinely enjoying life while they’re at work. Got everything I needed and a discount as well.
