Kelsey at this store is rude and unprofessional. Came in for a battery warranty and she would not honor it because it was supposed to have a sticker on it because it was commercial. I called the store I purchased it from and they said i could bring it to any store. She found the purchase but would not help. So after making some phone calls to upper management we were able to get the issue resolved. Stepheanie the store manager was great.

Kyle found the wiper blades I needed (after Napa told me they would have to be special ordered) and he installed them for me. Wonderful customer service

I had a great experience at AutoZone for the second time! The store is always helpful, friendly, and well-organized. The team is clearly committed to excellent customer service. I want to give special recognition to Kyle; he is incredibly knowledgeable and resourceful. He went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and even changed my back wipers besides answering my questions. It's clear they know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend this location!
