I was in a rush and needed to get some fuses, I got to the Autozone right at 7:28 so I can be there when the doors opened. Well, the manager unlocked the doors right at 7:30 and I walked in there and he was ready to help me. He even showed me there were different fuse sizes for my vehicle which I didn't know. After he helped me I was able to work on the issue and replaced the burnt out fuses. I was well on my way for my 9:30am appointment. Great and friendly service!

Exceptional Service at AutoZone in Killeen, Texas I recently had an amazing experience at AutoZone in Killeen, Texas, and I can't recommend them enough! While their address is incorrectly listed on Google, the correct location is 4524 S W S young Dr. This small detail didn't deter me from seeking their help when my car wouldn't start after my husband left for a military mission. I was able to get to AutoZone around 8 AM, thanks to a friend who had jumper cable chargers. The knowledgeable and informative Hank greeted me with a smile and immediately set to work helping me replace my car battery, which was the wrong size due to a previous owner's mistake.
