I went to AutoZone because I put DEF fuel in my diesel tank. And the guys were extremely helpful let me borrow tools so I can drain my fuel systems and it worked perfectly but they were super helpful much appreciated

I’ve never had an issue with the auto zones I’ve been to in the past. I typically get friendly service and people who just seem like they legitimately want to help. This location has turned me away forever with one visit. I stopped in to get a single spark plug and ignition coil that I needed to replace in my car. The gentleman working the register started ringing everything up and started moving the quantity on the spark plugs up to 6. I pointed out that I only needed one and he looked at me with a grin that clearly told me he was trying to get away with charging me for way more than I needed. If they operate on commission then this store needs to look into who they’re hiring. If they don’t then I’m sure this man will get a promotion at some point for the money he weasels into the company

So... I cannot say enough positive things about the guys here at the Autozone. Wednesday afternoon, while trying to get home to Georgia, the alternator in my wife's 2010 Jetta Sportwagon bit the dust. Left us waiting for a tow to the Autozone from the side of the Great Smokey Mountain Pkwy. Once there, I purchased an alternator and they let me borrow a plethora of tools needed to replace my own alternator in the parking lot with my wife and little demon spawn daughter in the car. It took awhile but I finally got it in. It was thanks to Jason, David John and a few others whose names I forgot that really are the heroes in this situation. Long story short, after 3+ hours of effort, the new alternator was in, loaner tools returned and off for a fun-filled night-time drive to Marietta, Georgia

I had a great experience at Auto Zone in Kodak, shout out to Eddie! My car battery died and he helped me pick the right replacement and installed it for me quickly and professionally. He also helped me find the correct coolant and filled it up for me. Highly recommend this location.

When life throws you a curve ball it’s great to know the staff at AutoZone were there to coach me through it. A couple days ago I was fueling up at Bucee’s and once I finished I jumped in my truck to leave but my truck wouldn’t turn over. After several tries with a booster and phenomenal gentleman, Paul, got my truck running and I drove straight to AutoZone. My wife had already been on the phone with a great older gentleman until I arrived and then I purchased the best battery and had it installed by a younger gentleman that was also just as awesome. I’m very grateful to have been efficiently and successfully placed back on the road so I could get back to work. THANK YOU to the men working at this location and representing AutoZone.
