My first service with them was a few years back they changed a set of mufflers for me. Recently they wired an aftermarket set of fog lights into my 2018 carry. And today 30sept2025 they found a d replaced the distributor on my 1988 G20 van with no issues with any of thier repairs to date. I'm happy there just around the corner from me makes it convenient to get in and get done what needs to be done keeping me running smooth? Thank you for your long hours and dedicated work ethics

Highly recommend! So grateful for Jim and the entire team. Everyone was so kind to help us with our car issues late on a Saturday evening as we were passing through with an 8+ hour drive left and a toddler and baby on the way. They got the parts we needed quickly and even dropped us off at a hotel so they could quickly finish up in the morning when the rest of the parts came. Really efficient and genuine people.

We're from MI/IN and heard a weird noise under our van driving down to Buc-ees. Walking out from the store, we saw a thick, felt like thing hanging near the driver's side tire. We drive back home tomorrow and needed it fixed. After reading the reviews, we drove over to Jim's for help. All of the men were SUPER NICE and Jim said they could help us. Only a few minutes later and we were on our way. So thankful for their sweet attitudes and help so we can make it home safely! If you need help, this is the place to come too. Bless you!

Would leave 10 stars if I could. Out of town, 9 hours from home, lost the left front wheel bearing on our RAM 1500 on a Saturday afternoon. Nursed it to the hotel we already had booked. Sunday morning, resigned to being stuck until Monday to get help, we googled and found these guys are open 9-9 seven days a week. Called, they got us in within an hour, truck fixed in a couple of hours and the bill was HALF of what we were expecting for an emergency repair. We lost half a day, but that was better than a day and a half. I'll add that I'm an auto shop owner. (yes, cobbler's kids shoes issue) Have been a mechanic for 40 years. Didn't have the tools to do it myself on the side of the road, but I know what a job like this should cost. Great customer service. Nice crew. So glad

Dropped in with my car on a tow without calling first because I dont have ANY sense...anyway, they were very nice about it. My fan and radiator seemed to have an abusive relationship and destroyed each other in a store parking lot as soon as I turned my engine on. I only did 4 stars because my car is still there and the work is in process! They seem knowledgeable and friendly. So far, I do recommend to everyone! I'll do another review when I get my car back!
