Carolyn and I decided it was time to trade the Gold Wing in on something more fun. Kevin Gibbons, our go to guy, practically held our hand thru the process from start to finish making it a pleasant experience. We left with our very own Spyder. Absolutely love it! Thank You Kevin. Pretty nice folks. Ride down to take a look at a Goldwing they had, ended up buying it. Okay update. I test drove on a Saturday after talking to Ricky on the phone. Pretty busy place when we got there, but Ricky made sure we were taken care of. Loved the bike, but had 2 trade-ins that I had to bring back and needed to wait on the bank, so returned on Tuesday to make the swap. Saturday was busy, and everyone was friendly but going in every direction, but the true shine of the place happened when I returned as promised with my trades. Everyone I came in contact with respectfully treated me like I was a member of some exclusive club. It became obvious that they were glad of my purchase, but it also showed that they had pride in what they were delivering to me. I felt as if purchasing my 'new

Found my desired bike online. Ricky from Mountain motorsports reached out and showed me the bike virtually. He made the buying process smooth and also got me a nice discount. Later he educated me on the equipment needed to safely tie down the bike on a pick up truck. On delivery day, he went out of his way to load the bike and showed me how to properly use ratchet straps with soft handle bar straps. It felt like buying a bike from my elder brother. I would totally recommend this dealership and Ricky if you are in the market for your next fun ride.

Absolute amazing experience with these guys. Had an appointment with Chandler and he and the entire team there were incredibly courteous and gracious. From folks helping out while Chandler was busy to working with finance, everything about this place was wonderful and I highly recommend working with these guys!

I took a 3 hour trip up to Sevierville from Alabama to buy a dirt bike. We had a little confusion with the paperwork, but the guys worked hard to make things right for me. And they did just that. Once we got everything smoothed out the process was smooth and straight forward. Big shoutout to Kyle for Chandler for the awesome experience. A big thanks to the other people working behind the scenes to make it a great experience. I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a new or used bike!
