Hanover Wrecker Service of TN - Kodak

I had my 2008 Accord towed to my job and they did a fantastic job. Michael was really careful and had great placement with where to drop the vehicle off being it was in a tight space. They take pictures before and after pickup to ensure they don’t cause damages. For the distance and mileage I would consider my price to be fair. Certainly took the stress off of me. I will certainly use these guys again when I need another tow!

This wrecker service awesome. I got stuck in a ditch on an icy road, and they came and pulled me right out. The wrecker driver, Scott, was nice and friendly. Once he got me out, he told me how to get back to the main road as safely as possible. I'd definitely call this wrecker service again if I ever needed it :D

Great guys handling an emergency in harsh weather. At least a foot of snow and 4° wind chill weather. They kept me informed of ETA and as they were closer. Rental car did not have a spare but they made a way to get the tire pumped up until something else could be done through the rental car agency. Very pleasant and assured me they would do what they could to handle the situation.

This is for this instance only. 3 hour wait caused my family frustration as it was only supposed to be 75 minute. ETA time kept changing, it felt like other people were at higher priority than us with them. It was a Friday night and the JDM show was this weekend so that did affect this service instance. We were luckily in a parking lot near stores so it was relatively safe. Had we been on the interstate it would’ve been a different story. Provider was kind and friendly. Did a great job once they arrived. Very gentle with the car, took great care not to damage the car. I was told their other emergency driver was out due to being in the ER. I’m understanding when these things happen, if that was the case then they should’ve deferred to another provider. This is a 5 out 5 star compa
