We own a local mechanic business. We place several orders a week here for parts that are “ready for pickup” and every single time we have went to pick up the order it is nowhere to be found by the employees and we have to get a refund then take our money to O’ Riley’s where we pick it up without an issue. We won’t be back.

My car broke down a couple weeks ago and I was near here drove in and a young man came out and tested my battery it was bad I ask if he could put a new one in he said no but my manager might be able to help I don't remember the managers name but he was super nice and helpful sorry and also the customer dale thank you for all your help also

Very helpful people - they said hello when I enter and told me where to look and then helped me open the package that I bought.

Billy, at the Lawrenceburg IN needs to be commanded for his exceptional customer service. He was so helpful with our RV batteries. He found the correct type and saved the day and the days ahead. Thank you Bill!

Dealing with a lot of stress starting an auto business, but autozone makes parts easy. Especially with Makenzie (Hope spelling correct) here at this location. She deserves to be the manager’s manager! Always knows what’s going on. Thank you autozone and Makenzie for all the help! -Jerry Craigmile
