My wife's car battery was dead, so I charged it enough to crawl to this place. I waited inside for 20 minutes and didn't see anyone. So, I called the manager's number, and a guy came out of the back and answered the phone. I said I need a car battery. He hung up on me and went away. A guy came in from outside and I said I need a car battery. He said he already did 2 and I would have to go somewhere else. Fortunately, my car was able to start and I went to Advance Auto. The guy there helped me immediately and replaced my battery. Do not go to Autozone. They have other things to do besides fixing YOUR stupid car! There was a response to this review to contact AutoZone customer service. I wrote them and was totally ignored. Again.

Just plain bad customer service, won’t be going back. Disorganized and easily overwhelmed, no greeting, no awareness of customer sequential order. I remember my first day, apparently for them it was today.

They always seem to have the knowledge and parts that I need I highly recommend going to AutoZone for your car needs

I never handle any of the car maintenance were repairs- my husband always does. We unexpectedly needed a battery replaced in one of our cars but my husband was tied up and not able to take the car. He called up there and they said that they would be happy to help. Upon arriving at the store, I spoke with Davin. He was very helpful and explained the different options in batteries. I purchased one and he immediately installed it. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. He went above and beyond to help us out. Kudos to Davin For a job well done!
