Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Been going to this location for more than 10 years since I was a teenager learning how to change brake pads. The staff are always quick to help and have a great attitude.

I was pleasantly surprised by the younger associate being knowledgeable in dealing with older vehicles. SBC specifically. Aiden did a great job finding the part I needed in a timely fashion. Kudos to the staff at Lenoir City AutoZone! Manager Steve has always done a great job for our family!

I bought a set of wipers for my daughter's car and I could not get them to fit took them back to the store and returned them and the associate told me he was 99% sure that they would fit if we bought the car in for him to put the wipers on. So my daughter and I went home and got her car and returned to the store and got the same associate and he attempted to put on the same wipers i had previously bought earlier in the day and he got them on but they wouldn't stay on and just like me he didn't like the fit. So he went back into the store and got another brand and those worked perfectly then when we went to pay he told me he was taking care of the wipers and only charged us for the steering wheel cover my daughter wanted. John Randolph was so helpful and kind, had some cold weather issues with car and John was fast and very knowledgeable!

I came in last friday with a dead battery and spoke with aiden. Best service i’ve gotten in a while. 10/10 would recommend
