I would like to say that Kelly at Auto Zone went above and beyond for us on a cold January evening when we realized one of our wiper blades had fallen off. She made a few trips in and out of the store to assure that we had the correct blades and then changed them for us. This girl deserves a raise!
The morning staff was very rude. Especially the Colleen lady. They use to be more helpful. And the mechanics they are referring people to are not honest.
This 1-star review is for not understanding English on the telephone! Asked the clerk 3 times if they have the Aluminum Putty Filler or Aluminum Stick, and he kept saying he doesn't understand what I am saying because I have an "accent." I have never heard anything like this! Then 3 minutes into the call, he re-asked me if I was looking for Aluminum Putty Filler! Crazy! Will not shop here again!
Nicole was very helpful with my car battery purchase. She even put it in herself. Love that for me.
Couldn't get manual transmission fluid but other than that very helpful staff. If it's cold and you don't want to change your own wiper blades, boom have them do it
