We had a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Nicholas. We needed a new battery but the battery was stuck to the terminal and we couldn’t remove it ourselves. Nicholas took the time to carefully work on it and was able to get the battery out and install the new one and a new terminal. It wasn’t an easy job, but he stayed patient, professional, and really helpful the whole time. We truly appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was installed correctly. Excellent customer service—thank you, Nicholas!

I came into the Lowell store today and I just wanted to shout out Cecelia and Nick. Cecelia went above and beyond for me and always had a smile on her face and was able to help me as best as she could. She asked Nick for a second opinion on something and they were able to try their hardest to help me out. Unfortunately the issue was not one of the services that autozone offers. They were able to guide me in the right direction to get this issue resolved. Thanks again! Y'all are the dream team!!!

This morning my daughter stopped at your establishment in the pouring rain with her windshield wipers not working properly. She had purchased them last week and put them in the night before. One of your male employees at 8:30 this morning went out in the rain twice to help her get them working properly! He was soaked when he went back in and has to work wet I am sure all day but he did it so willingly! I would love to see him be recognized for his kindness and excellent customer service! She drives a Toyota Venza Way to go kiddo!

Thankful for the 2 Autozone workers and some nice strangers driving on the street who helped me with my car that was stuck in the snow and ice near the store. Needed my car battery replaced asap and received great service in the freezing weather.

Yesterday I stopped by this store to purchase a few things. Landon was exceptionally kind and helpful. He helped me figure out what I needed and answered all my questions. I have been thinking how customer service seems to have left the current world, but today…I was proven wrong! Landon provided more than the products I was looking for, he actually made my day! As a female going into a parts store having little knowledge of these things, it’s comforting to know that I have Landon and this store to walk confidently into and Know that I will be taken care of! Thank you for all your hard work, Auto Zone, and to be specific…. Thank You Landon!
