So I went over to AutoZone not only did they help me find the right battery for my 2019 Kia Sorento but they help me install it with no extra charge saved about $65 today $250 or $260 battery was well worth the startup when it just started back up so I appreciate all the help shout out Big Kenneth dudes good with the engines if y'all need help installing batteries or help with y'all's engines Go find Kenneth

I was next door at Subway on July 11, 2024, when my car wouldn't start, me being female and knowing nothing abt engines, was abt to meltdown, literally, as it was over 90 degrees in the shade. Anyways, I'm trying to decide what to do, when I see two AutoZone employees outside on a break, thank God, I was thinking. I walk over and tell them my dilemma and they are so very nice and telling me that it sounds like a dead battery. The employees names I found out are Matthew Gregory and Cody Ferrell, they told me that my battery could be tested and jumped off, well lol and behold, Matthew showed me where there was 0% battery showing and Cody proceeds to connect to my battery and within seconds he asked me to try and start my car, it didn't even hesitate to start! It's nice that Autozone honors it's warranty on its products, that said over the years I've gotten frustrated at other parts dealers but not this one, they take care of they're customers.

They are always very helpful at this store in getting the parts we need for all of our vehicles. Very clean and inviting store with professional staff. Will continue using Monticello Autozone for all of our parts, oil, and other automotive needs.
