Front End Alignment was the service. Had to go back a 2nd time as steering wheel was off a bit but exceptional service and could not beat the price. Excellent place in Monticello KY.

Got two used tires, 2 week warranty and it was low today, husband went to see about getting it fixed and Google says they close at 11:30 and he got there before 11 and got turned away and he couldn't even explain to them the issue and how we had a 2 week warranty. Not a good way to do business. If your shop closes at 11:30 and they get there before they shouldn't be turned away. So he resorted going to walmart and they can't fix the tire due to it being "to old" what he was told. We get we got used tires but we just got these tires Monday. They should of lasted longer than that. So if you're going to close before 11:30 and turn customers away after 10:30 you should just changed your hours to closing at 10:00 and not 11:30.

I had such a great experience here! The staff was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain my options without pressuring me. They got me in quickly, the prices were fair, and the service was excellent from start to finish. My car drives so much smoother now. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to family and friends!

Bought two tires from these guys road hazard and all. Ran over a screw took it up there and it was in a tire I had bought a Walmart they plugged it anyway no charge. Great group of people. Shining example of a good human being.
