O'Reilly Auto Parts

Was quick and easy. Called for parts and price and they had it ready and a cheaper price at the end. Good atmosphere and welcomed by the employees with respect.

Have tryed all other auto parts stores and this is the only one that I have been able to get the correct parts the first time and done have to go back and get the right part. Great bunch of guys that work in there very knowledgeable on the parts needed. Will keep going there to get parts for my truck I'm restoring. The truck I'm restoring is the one in my profile picture.

Great customer service and they can get you the parts you need faster than any other parts place in town

Best O'Reilly's I've ever been too. (Monticello KY). They go up and beyond here helping me with any issues I have asked them to help me with. They are knowledgeable and I have never had the feeling like I'm bothering them or asking to much like I have had at so many other auto parts store over the last two decades. Excluding Napa, they are knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Came for lug nuts was sold the wrong ones twice. Tried to return them a 3rd time and they had closed up before 9pm and wouldn’t answer the door or phone. Extremely unprofessional experience and I came back today to get my money back. Took 4 trips even bringing the lug nut to match the first time then bringing the stud in the second time. Selling the wrong lug nuts to customers could cause someone to die. Definitely would not recommend this store.
