Dear AutoZone Management, On October 17, 2024, at around 6:30 PM, I called the commercial phone line to order a part. I was placed on hold for approximately 45 minutes before deciding to hang up and call the regular store number instead. When my call was answered, I spoke with Jose, who initially began to assist me. However, I’ve noticed that after-hours service for commercial customers is consistently poor. It seems the only way to get help after hours is to call the regular store line — otherwise, the after-hours commercial team leaves us on hold indefinitely. Great service today! I came in panicked about my engine light being on and the employees were so nice and friendly and told me exactly what I needed to do. They made me feel so much better and helped me right away.

While I was getting my oil changed next door, my battery stalled. They recommended I go next door to AutoZone and get a new battery since the place I was at was out of my battery type. I went over to AutoZone and Kate was magnificent! She was so polite and got my battery changed in less than 15 minutes! She was fast, officiant and so kind! Thank you SO much Kate for saving the day! I’ll be back thanks to the lovely experience with Kate!

Terrible service at this store. Get your employees in line. Train your workers to know that there's more to their job then standing around in a group of four chit chatting at the register. Explain to them to offer help to customers, and more importantly, help the customers that directly ask for help and to not blow off a request for help so the four of them can go back to chit chatting. Get your employees in order for future customers because they already this one and surely countless others for you.
