Hertz Car Rental - Mount Ephraim - Crescent Boulevard

This Hertz is a "Hertz amongst Hertz!!" I've been renting vehicles for many years for both business and pleasure. This location offers the newest and cleanest vehicles at fantastic rates; Fully loaded vehchles with hardly no miles. I get better cars here than from the airport but at a fraction of the cost. Eventhough the vehicles are always awesome; the friendly staff and attentative service is top notch! Its always a "win win" at the Mt Ephraim Hertz! This location and employees set the industry's standard not just for Hertz, but for all rental companies!! Thanks for all you guys do!!

This location is absolutely fantastic. I'm basically booking the cheapest rates, but leaving with incredible vehicles. My first rental was a 2026 Kia Niro hybrid with 250 miles that I got for almost the same rate as the cheapest economy options. I was so happy with that experience that I returned a few weeks later and tried to book that same vehicle. Unfortunately, they didn't have it, and I eventually canceled the reservation (no fee if within 24 hours) and rebooked at the cheapest "manager special" rate. I already resigned myself to driving a Ford Focus or a Chevy Malibu, but to my amazement, I drove out of there with a 2026 Volkswagen Tiguan with 2k miles. Most unprofessional car rental company ever. First off i requested rental aday in advance and told agent i need car ready a day before because i work 7 days and its hard for me to go back and forth. They also said call us when you drop your car at shop and we will have a ride for you just call us on your way. I did that and it took them for ever to answer the phone and in top of that when i got to them it took them for ever to get me out which got me one hour late to work. Then i leave with the car because i am rushing to get to work, to find out the whole car smells like drugs/pot. It was so nasty my three kids got sick. Had to drive around with the windows open in this cold weather just to handle until replacing. Didnt want to go back to the same spot because they were so unprofessional.

Very disappointing rental experience. I booked my car through Expedia and the reservation showed Thrifty Car Rental, but the app directed me to Hertz. I planned my entire day around this confirmed booking and even paid for an Uber to reach the office, only to be told there were no cars available and that I should come back the next day. Customer service could not provide a same-day solution. Overall, this was a frustrating and unreliable experience that seriously reduced my trust in these services.

I'm so happy we ditched Enterprise for Hertz, especially this location. The headache stopped the second they answered the phone. The team here are not only efficient and responsive but kind and patient! I enjoyed my experience and pristine rental! I highly recommend!
