My driver experienced a belt tensioner failure in the middle of a trip while hauling a load, and were in a tough spot with no nearby shops willing to help after hours. I recently moved to this area with my family I was in dire need of an auto mechanic. I tried a few auto shops but had bad experiences with each one. I was referred to Mr Auto and I received the best treatment. He walked me through every issue my 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 had and explained the best alternatives, he did not try to add extra work and was totally transparent which is something you don't get from auto shops nowadays.
