I am not typically inclined to write reviews, yet my recent experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care warrants an exception of the highest order. What began as a straightforward visit for an alignment unfolded into an encounter that was both remarkably uplifting and almost regal in its execution. From the moment I entered, I was met with a level of courtesy and professionalism that felt both refreshing and rare. The staff demonstrated a command of their craft that inspired immediate confidence: explanations were delivered with clarity, every step was handled with measured precision, and my concerns were addressed with genuine attentiveness. The alignment itself surpassed all expectation. Upon leaving, I found myself quite literally feeling as though I were floating away with excitement.

I called about having tires installed and balanced with new TPMS sensors installed and programmed. I was told to make an appointment rather than (walking in) so my spot would be held for prompt service. I scheduled an appointment for 11am the next day. I dropped my truck off at 10:30a and confirmed with the tech, they could indeed program the sensors after installation. At 2:30p I called and my truck wasn't even started yet. The tech. assured me it would be done by 4p. I arrived at 4p and the truck wasn't done. I left and had my wife take me back to work. A short time later a tech. called and stated they didn't have the ability to program the sensors and I would have to take it to the dealer for this. I ended up having to pick up my truck the following day, now I have to make another appoi

Decently fast service and provided photos of my tire damage. Also explained details of the damage and options for the fix/replace. Paid $200 for 2 new tires, not very expensive. Hopefully, they don't give me any issues in the near future. Nice and down to Earth people. Would come here again.

This is my go-to shop. They always take care of any issues with honesty and in a timely manner. I can always rely on them to get my car right. Alayna is very helpful and Ray is super respectful. Highly recommend this location!

Was driving on the highway when my tire blow out. Thankfully this location was exactly a mile away. I was able to drive safely and because my husband and I have a warranty, I was able to get my tire replaced in a reasonable amount of time. Great service and friendly staff.
