I just had a phenomenal experience at AutoZone in Mount Pleasant. Not only was Nick extremely knowledgeable about my headlights, but he took the time to actually replace them for me. Excellent customer service and he went above and beyond. I hope AutoZone corporate knows they have an excellent employee in Nick.

Refused to install a standard battery I purchased from them on a 2019 Toyota… a completely routine replacement. I was then told to carry the battery out myself. Another local shop installed it immediately and was shocked that AutoZone wouldn’t handle such a basic job. Now I have a permanently bleach stained shirt from handling the battery. Very disappointing and not happy with the way I was treated. It wouldn’t have been so bad if they didn’t look at me like I was being ridiculous when I asked for help.

Being a woman and walking into an auto parts store I believe is one of the most intimidating things for me! I travel down to this Mount Pleasant AutoZone because of their customer service. They are always so helpful and help me determine what it is exactly that I need for my vehicle and most often times even helped me put it on or replace it. Customer service here is top notch.

I purchased a battery July 3rd of this yr. My car wouldn't start. AAA came to home. Said it was not battery. Had to take to dealer. It sat there for 8 days waiting in line. They did a diagnostic test. Needed a new battery. Took it back to auto zone. Michael was so nice. He couldn't have treated me any better if I was his mother. He returned all my money. What a honest man and company. It is so nice to hear good thing and deeds. Judyann Schnorf

Only ordered from here because the nearby location didnt have my parts in stock. Called to confirm they had the parts before I placed the online order for 2 different parts same day delivery. They sent 2 of the same part, had to get a ride in to exchange the next day. No delivery refund or compensation for messing up the order. I needed the parts to get my vehicle on the road and they failed me. Dont trust their same day delivery service if you need it to be right. Order was placed around 2 pm and out for delivery at 7:36pm arrived at 8:55. Im not complaining about the delivery time frame just the lack of double checking your orders before you send them out.
