Charlie was so friendly and helpful! I had a headlight out and he found the right one for me and even changed it for me! Great customer service! I would highly recommend Charlie & this location!
The employees here are consistently kind, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile. Alex and Ethan were especially kind in helping me find the problem with my cab fan. Good customer service is why I'm always gonna stop at this shop first.
Very bad with taking back online orders. Doug had me waiting in the store for an hr. He kept the corporate office on hold and was refusing to take my return even though I could show the online order I purchased on autozone's page under my account. Not sure what his problem was but even the online rep was saying I'm not sure why he will not do his job.
Two trips to take my parts to the car and none of them offered to help including the dude sitting on a bucket chewing tobacco. Culture lacks common decency, won’t be back.
Had to pick up an alternator and serpentine belt today for a Chevy truck. Stopped in from out of town and needed quick parts. A+++ customer service.
