I’m not one to write bad reviews but I feel like this is needed. I came in on March 3rd to buy my front blinker light and headlight bulbs and I also ask Mateo if he can put in my brake light bulbs I already had. He agrees, I pay, and he gets the bulbs. I don’t get my receipt. We go out and I pop the trunk so he can put the brake light bulb in first. All goes well with the back brake light and he goes back inside but doesn’t come back. I’m still outside wondering where he went so he can put my front bulbs in. I have to go back in, wait through a line of people and ask him again to put the front bulbs in. He comes out again and I pop the hood and he goes to work. He somehow drops the bulb into my headlight and says that I’ll need to get my car taken apart to get the bulb out. I’m not sure ho

This location is the best I tell ya! Everybody is always very helpful such as yesterday. Tessa the manager truly helped me when I needed it most. She put my new battery in swiftly and also gave me great advice on a couple other “under the hood” issues I needed help navigating. She is very knowledgeable, personable , and I greatly appreciated her service. Associates such as herself are the reason I still enjoy coming to this Newport location!

I have gone to this location for more than 10 years and it has always been good, but the new management team at this store is making good even better. Yesterday I went in- explained what was going on with the car to CJ - who was amazing - he helped me find the part I needed and even offered to show me how it worked. And then Mike the AGM, came to ensure it would work. They go above and beyond. In a world of online ordering -this is the level of service that you miss! Thanks guys for the great work. I will be back!

Tessa went about and beyond for me. My battery died and when I brought my car in she was able to determine quickly that the battery I bought was not the right one for my car. She gave me the order number and even though I could only order it through my dealership she offered to replace it for me for free when I brought it back to the store. The phones were ringing off the hook, and they were so busy but she still made me feel so valued and understood in the midst of chaos. I couldn’t say enough good things about her or the store. That’s integrity you can’t really find any more and as a single girl who knows nothing about cars in a big city she was my saving grace today.

On Saturday morning I went to this Auto Zone for one part and ended up with several items that were needed. None of the extra products were from an upsell but from this establishment having them available. The service is knowledgeable and friendly. Helped install wiper blades plus on a friend's car. I forgot to get the staff's names otherwise I would mention them. Highly recommend based on this visit.
