I needed my brakes looked at. This was the only place that was able to get me in immediately. David did a great job explaining what was going on with my car and breaking down the pricing. Gage explained the coverage and any other important information I needed to know before the keys were handed to me. Pricing reasonable. Customer service excellent. Went there with my son today and what more can I say about this place. David is awesome! He walked me out and was straight forward about what I needed. Nathan did an amazing job! The service was fast and professional, and he took the time to teach me about my brakes. During the inspection, he showed me the worn parts and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease. As a woman, I’ve had experiences at car shops where I felt pressured or misled, but this was not the case at all. The price was very reasonable for parts, labor and the quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend!

On a road trip, my mom's car was making a horrible noise, we didnt think it was a good idea to continue traveling. We pulled in to this location and the attendant that greeted us was very friendly(think his name was Dave) They got mom's car fixed, and they were super quick about it. We were back on the road in no time, no noise feeling safe to make the rest of the trip home. Dave and the crew made a great impression on the city of Newport and the type of people that are here willing to help. Thanks for putting our minds at ease.
