Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Jeffrey was excellent. Asked how I was doing and we got to enjoy a great day in Newport. Sun is out, we are springing forward and it’s time to get an oil change. Valvoline always delivers great professional quality automotive solutions.

I normally take my truck to the dealership for service, but I was in a crunch and decided to stop by Valvoline for an oil change on my Jeep Gladiator. I’m really glad I did. The service was fast, professional, and incredibly convenient. Craig was awesome, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. It’s clear the team cares about customer service and doing the job right. Great experience overall, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quick, reliable service.

Malachi and the boys did a great job. Made sure I was up to date with all the maintenance needed. Made sure to inform me about the vehicle maintenance previously done. When I needed to be back next and at what point I should get other maintenance done on my car. The guys made sure to reattach my skid plate that lost a bolt. They even put a new bolt in for no cost. Got me in and out with no issues and quick as could be.

Stopped in today to get my oil changed. Justin and Brandon at the Newport KY store were awesome! Was just chit chatting and mentioned having issues installing my headlights. Without hesitation, they both jumped in and took care of my bulbs in no time! Super quick, super friendly, and it's guys like these two who keep customers coming back!

Very good service. Ronnie assisted me and he was so nice. Service was very speedy. I am so happy to be honest I will start bringing my car here every time for an oil change. I got right in and out within about 20 mins. Very pleased ☺️👍🏻
