AutoZone Auto Parts

What a great experience! I needed antifreeze. I went into AutoZone & chose the wrong product for my vehicle. I talked with Logan at check out & he helped me find the correct product. I was in the parking lot & couldn’t get the cap off the reservoir for the antifreeze! Grrr. I asked Logan for a hand. He was patient, kind, & helpful. 🙂 I am now driving & happy. Thanx Logan!!!

I shop at AutoZone frequently but today a young man named Nicholas, made the experience so much easier as he was so helpful and friendly as he changed out my wipers and a very stubborn bulb. I really appreciated his attentiveness and kind manner. I give Nicholas five stars

After telling the cashier specifically that I needed the cheapest option (of spark plugs) available, he tried to tell me that all they had available was an option that was double the price. I had to embarrassingly go to their website and pull up the item I wanted. When he found it on his end, he seemed unhappy for some reason? As if I’m inconveniencing him by requesting to purchase a specific item rather than his suggestion. Received attitude for no reason whatsoever! Don’t spend your money here.

I worked with Steven Lopez. He was professional, courteous, and informed. He took his time explaining about batteries, and taught me a lot about installing it, while he installed it. I always like coming to this store but this interaction makes me want to come again and again, when I need to buy auto supplies.

Excellent service from Nicolas! Above and beyond what I expected. I had a headlight bulb out in my 2012 Yaris, and even though I was purchasing the cheapest model, Nicolas offered to install it for me. Last time, I installed the bulb myself, but it took me over an hour - it took Nicolas less than 2 minutes. Really glad I came in!
