Dores Bounphasaysonh gave me excellent service, beyond what was needed. She made sure that I understood my options clearly, made sure that we had a rental when that was the best option. She also found us financial deductions that helped my decision on whether to repair the car, and was clear when I had a question about the bill. I intend to ask for her as my advisor each time I bring in my car.

I took my 2024 Tundra in negate my check engine light was on. Alissa Coulombe was my service advisor. She is the only person I want to help me with my truck. She listens carefully and problem solves to make sure your vehicle is running perfectly. Turns out it was a battery issue. They did not have one in stock but Alissa reached out to other neighboring Toyota dealers to find one so I could get my truck back. And she submitted it as a warranty claim so it was 100%covered. She’s terrific!!

My service rep, Scott Ryan, was very helpful. I brought my car in for routine maintenance, as well as a recall issue. He explained that the latter would take about two hours, which I appreciated knowing in advance. He was pleasant and explained everything to me clearly.

Lia Toyota is really nice for service on my car. They have many appointment options, and I've been assisted by rep Alissa Coulombe a few times. Alissa is very professional and provides regular updates on service needs and progress. I also appreciate the quiet workspaces available and coffee on standby to help me work during the appointment.

Samuel Doucette as the front desk person was very helpful. He kept me updated on the timing of the service and explained the work to be done. On the other hand, I cannot say the same of the people who worked on servicing my car. What should have taken a max of 2 hours took more than 4 hours. Apparently they booked too many people to have their snow tires put on.
