Burke Chevrolet Service

It was time for inspection, and I dreaded having to sit for a long time, waiting my turn for service. But to my pleasant surprise, I walked into the service center, went to the waiting room and within a very short time, they came to get me as the car was all inspected and ready to go. I really do love dealership. They have always treated me with courtesy and good service!

Burke is my only choice for having my vehicle serviced. I know that I can trust them completely regarding any maintenance/service that needs to be done and that it will be done in a thorough and professional manner. They are always super courteous - a shout out to JJ so Burke is the place for me!

JJ did a fantastic job in taking care of me and my Chevy Impala. I was taken in promptly as I arrived. In addition, I snuck in a request for a state inspection for my car. JJ happily said we can take care of that as well. Sure enough, when completed, I had both my problem fixed and the inspection completed. I was even able to relax in the customer waiting area, watch TV, read and enjoy a nice hot coffee while my car was being worked on.

Burke Chevolet provided me with exceptional customer service. I bought my Chevy Equinox there in 2020 and the salesman was very helpful and not pushy. I also bring my car to them for my regular maintenance. What i like best is that they don't do unnecessary work on my car. I want to thank JJ in the service area and Bill Campbell, the General Manager for making me so welcomed when I walk in the door.

JJ and the service center took on my check engine light issues after I was turned away by two other Chevy dealerships. (And I bought my truck from one of them.) They gave me a loaner during the repair and always kept me in the loop. I honestly thought customer service ended with COVID; but Burke Chevy delightfully proved otherwise.
