I am happy to sing my praises for Armando Gonzalez at Lia Honda. When I brought my car in for service I expected a lengthy stay to correct a software issue assuming it would have to be assigned to a technician. Armando immediately investigated the problem and after making an adjustment in System Settings solved it. He then patiently answered several questions taking the time to familiarize me with some functions of the keyless remote that I was not aware of. As well as being highly knowledgeable and professional Armando was friendly and personable, and I look forward to being served by him again.

I had a great experience at Lia Honda with the service person, Jill Fuduric. She was super warm, friendly thorough, and helpful, followed through with emails during the day, got me instant rides to and from my house. Truly a wonderful experience, which is not what I would always expect at a dealership! I will continue to use them - I bought my car in 2019 there and feel they are honest and helpful.

Matthew Verge was very friendly and helpful during my last service appointment. He was able and willing to use recently-bought (and already installed) parts to complete the repair. When one of these parts wasn't suitable, he arranged to buy a replacement immediately from AutoZone so that I didn't have to make another trip from Northfield to Northampton. His assistance was greatly appreciated!

Jill Fuduric was very helpful when I brought my car for service maintenance . She was really respectful, helpful and friendly! I definitely appreciate her and will look forward to working with her when I need more service!

Desiree Frank has consistently made getting work done at Lia Honda as reassuring, an experience is possible. Maintenance beyond basic oil changes and fluid checks at some places may seem like unnecessary work, but Desiree always takes the time to explain why something is necessary and does a phenomenal job identifying what work is critical for the long-term " health" of the car. The top notch customer service and genuine warmth that she and her colleagues exhibit is why we keep coming back.
