Amazing experience with Carl 1/14/2026!! My husband and I frequent this store often and we always get great customer service. But this is an unusual and excellent customer service experience so I am taking the time, hoping that this employee gets recognized for his hard work an excellent attitude. I came in on this evening because my tail light was out. Carl said let’s take a look at your car and check all of your lights. We checked all the lights in my truck to find out. I actually had another light that needed to be replaced. He found the selection of bulbs that needed replacing and replaced the bulbs in my truck then he wouldn’t let me leave till we checked all my lights to make sure everything was working. If you're so competitive on prices and having the right stuff for people, why do you not sell regular oil absorption pads. Instead im stuck with 50 foot roll of coolant absorption pads? Every other shop does. Oh yeah best selleection and best prices? No way . Not impressed

They had what I needed but prices went up about 25%. I'll wait for an online delivery. (At the price autozone advertised online. But I'll get from Amazon in bulk with a verified price. Disappointment in a small town.

I was halfway through my 5500 mi round trip from Texas to upper Washington when I noticed a lot of oil accumulating around the PCV area. Upon closer inspection the PCV elbow was cracked. Never fear AutoZone is here! I called ahead of time to make sure there was one in stock, and the friendly employee went back to make sure there was one on the shelf. It was a rainy day and I did not have any plans so I decided to install it when I got back to camp. It is labor intensive since you need to remove the intake plenum but I had all of the necessary items for a successful repair. I have 265,000 mi on the truck and have maintained it for 25 years and Auto Zone has been there when I need them!
