Wyatt was so helpful in replacing my headlight. It was difficult because of the small area to work in but he kept at it and finally got it replaced. I was very appreciative of the help. Thanks Nancy

Ok label me whatever after but if no one will say it I will. I went to this store and I get it some stores are short staffed that's fine I can understand being an only solo employee. Now here's where y'all will judge me the only employee there idk what he was going with him I had to put my order online for him to get for me like really? I was just there. He couldn't help me in English like that's fine I speak Spanish and its like he didn't want to help me in either lenguage he didn't look up the part on the computer he saw it and said nope might be in aisle 5 mind you had to switch up lenguage just to get might be in that aisle. So other customers where English speakers and they didn't get helped either. So please staff more ppl or ppl willing to communicate or just become an online store

They should change their posted hours to 6:55 instead of 7 if they are going to lock their doors earlier than the closing time.

Chelsea was the first to help me here because she and I spoke over the phone. Let me tell you, I've worked in customer service most of my life and most experiences I have has more down than ups but my experience yesterday left me uplifted that there are still good people with good customer service out there. Thanks to both Chelsea and Brian who helped from start to finish and now I can drive again, safe and with confidence.

I went to the Oakdale store today both Keith and Ethan were great and professional. However it's messed up that y'all have them freezing in a store with no heat during the winter. im very disappointed about that.
