Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I took my vehicle in for the first time this business is new to the area. Some locations not so good, they were wonderful checked my brakes, lights, tire pressure, wipers. I did have a brake light out and rear wiper blade had a crack. Mr. Robinson was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely return. All of the young men were wonderful.

I went in to get an oil change the other day and I had Marty, the manager, working on my vehicle. At some point he noticed my engine mount bolt had walked itself out and was no longer connected. He took an extra 10-15 minutes to remount it for me and upon driving out of there I noticed how much smoother my car felt right away. It’s the excellent customer service like the one Marty provided me with that has kept me a loyal customer to Valvoline since I first began driving. I love being able to see the work being done on my vehicle and the staffs excellent communication with me throughout the entire process!

Came in for a quick oil change. But my old car had other plans. Thanks to the Valvoline Techs for being kind and helpful when life is being extra lifey!! Thank you guys so much! 🙏🏻🙂 🧘🏻‍♀️ Highly recommend this location. Valvoline has always been my go to for oil changes. This was my first experience at this particular location. I'll be back!

Great experience. Very pleased with the service. Being new to the area it was my first time there. After working in the office of a dealership for many years, and having all my service work done in-house, I didn't know what to expect from a "quick-change" store. All stalls were busy when I got there and wait time was about 20 mins. No problem. My tech, Raven, was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He explained the process step by step and answered all my questions inwhich I appreciated. I was completely satisfied and confident with my choice to choose Valvoline! See ya next time!
