The communication between the sales team, scheduling, and service department was awesome. Although EATI has a lifetime warranty on their work, I doubt I will need to use the warranty as the work that was performed was outstanding.

This is the best place! I had so many issues and they fixed them immediately. Shoutout to Allie for being super helpful! I was so overwhelmed on the phone and she not only calmed me down, but fixed the problem I was having. The rest of the team is super nice too.

I was not impressed by their work. We received the car in early 2024 expecting a May installation date. We finally got it in in October! We had them put together the new squad which was great! However, the exterior was very dirty when it arrived. We also had them strip down our old squad: We were under the impression they would leave the cage in and take the graphics off. NOPE, they took the cage out and threw it away without confirming we wanted it back, and kept the graphics on it. All the zip ties and trash from taking out the center console were left in the vehicle. We were left with a "Police Car" that was a civilian car.

Marginally better than a garage install, but definitely not up to a professional standard. Rushed installations and lack of service leave much to be desired. I find it hard to believe that these other reviewers have ever actually seen the work produced here, to say the least.

Great service. Great staff. Adam was very knowledgeable with the product and great to offer alternative selections to better cater to our needs.
