Thanks to Joey and mayra for helping me out. They let me use some of their used tools to change out my alternator and saved me from the freezing cold to come. Great people and very much appreciated. This auto zone has some of the best people working for them and I hope they know it. Thanks again guys. Real life saver.

Mayra went above and beyond to assist me with a new battery change. She was absolutely wonderful to work with and even provided the proper tools we needed in order to get the job done. She was extremely knowledgeable and was also able to help me replace my wiper blade part that I had issues finding at other retailers. 10/10 experience.

Jimmy was an amazing sales person and helped me change the lights in my car

Wouldn’t take back coils I brought from them because there wasn’t a stamp on them. Basically accusing me of returning items that don’t belong to them. I have an account with them with over 9 cars. This autozone definitely has gone down hill. Other issues here recently as well.
