I was broke down in the parking lot, but I live two hours away. It was a very long day, as I worked on my car for over 6 hours. It was made significantly easier, thanks to the hospitality of Jamie, the store manager and Kenneth, another manager. They loaned me all the tools I needed and continually checked on my son and I as the temperatures were frigid. Jamie bought hot packs for our hands out of her own pockets and even offered to make us a pot of coffee and some hot cocoa for my son. They both went far beyond the expectations of parts store employees. They made this trying experience so much easier, I can't begin to thank the two of them enough.

Went to get my car battery replaced and turns out it was covered by warranty! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Paul installed my battery and was knowledgeable and friendly. Have shopped here before to get stuff for my cars and have always found the store clean and well stocked. Great store and staff.

Safonte and Kenneth are absolute HEROS. I came in needing a list of things done and they went way above and beyond for me. The extra steps to make sure I was safe and ticket free were much appreciated! Thank you Hero’s!

I had a ball pen hammer it barely lasted a month. 2 pound hammer. It’s only glues on. The store manager wouldn’t refund my money or exchange for anything except that dangerous hammer. She was very unprofessional and I told her that someone will get hurt using glued hammers. Poor quality, she did not care. This was the store manager. , I own a shop. I will never go back to autozone. . Bad customer service!!!!!!

Huge shoutout to the AutoZone parts manager who helped me get a battery for my 2022 GMC Terrain. They were knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I got the right battery quickly. I really appreciated their guidance and professionalism—it made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this location and their staff!
