Had my water pump seize up on me. Logan Curless the KW mobile service gentleman was amazing. From the time he got the call from paccar to the time he contacted me was done quickly. He arrived when he said he would. He was able to completely diagnose the problem and what caused it. His professionalism was outstanding and he was able to get me back up n running in a timely manner. Also have to give a shout out to the on call parts rep aswell for coming in after hours. Top notch. Great service from parts counter guy Mike. I broke down 30miles north and needed an alternator. It was 10pm and they stay open untill 12am. I was able to get the part and they even without me having to ask swapped out the pulley for me, I didint have a set of pullers in the truck and that helped me out more then they'll know. Who ever else (mechanic and others that helped me at the dealer 11/18/25) deserve a raise for EXCELLENT service. Very impressed!

If I could give these guys six stars I would! Had my truck towed to their body shop after a steer tire blew on the turnpike. Screwed up the right side of the hood and fairings. When I got my truck back from the body shop it looked brand new! You couldn't even tell the repainted parts from the original parts! If you want a great quality job, take it to these guys. James and his staff at Wichita KW body shop were absolutely awesome to work with! I highly, highly recommend Wichita Kenworth body shop!!
