The process of finding my very first car was one of the most stressful moments in my life. “What’s a good car?” “What’s a good place to go?” “WHO CAN I TRULY TRUST!” were questions I constantly asked myself as I went through Facebook market and all these other lots. When I tell you that Prime Time Autos treated me like family and made me feel fully aware of everything with any car I asked about. For the first time I didn’t feel like I was being cheated out on a purchase. It was also nice to not feel any pressure from the dealer but that I had complete control of my time to truly make a decision for myself (but the cool thing was I found a car instantly and love it!) Very pleasant to talk with, but HAVE VEHICLE INSPECTED THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU PAY. We already knew we had to buy another programmed key (at least they knew a company to help cut some $$$ off that) but told us it would need oil change right away? So, took to 7pm Jiffy Lube on way home only to find NO AIR FILTER? Then running through car wash found a colored piece masking tape washed clean exposed taping of wheel well fender piece instead of screwed in place. AND, moon roof opened after the fact (it has been COLD) reveals it won’t close on its own. These just things I’ve found after five days (the same amount of days taken BEFORE MAILING MY TITLE OUT!?
