AutoZone Auto Parts

I'm doing a review based on the customer service itself, that this store provides over the phone. I called Advance Auto first and asked them for a product that I needed for my car. The person who answered the phone said he didn't know. Automatically I'm saying to myself, he never said, "hold on, let me find out for you." I was surprised. He responded with, he wasn't sure if they carried it and that he had never heard of it. I ended the call politely and I then called this AutoZone. The customer service was excellent. I was very nicely greeted by the gentleman who took my call. When I enquired about the item that I needed, he kindly said for me to hold on and he would go and ask around. He came back onto the call, told me, yes, they have the product and even asked me if I wanted him to

I purchased a couple of map light bulbs. Gene and another female associate were extremely professional and assisted me in getting the right product. I want to give recognition for a job well done!

Went there to ask about my battery. The employees were very helpful. They checked my battery for free and it was fine. After another place told me it was about to run out.

Every time I visit this location, I get outstanding service. They are beyond helpful. And they do everything to resolve the issue. Thank you so much.

I was recently in our local AutoZone. A very nice young man, I think his name was Alex....he was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Kudos to AutoZone for hiring young people who do a good job.
