Came to pick up my motor they had for 6 months and wasn’t answering me when I kept calling to pick it up. I showed up today and the motor i tried to pick up was a 2012 a non Vortec, they sold it and the motor he left me with was a 1997 4.3. *The picture is the motor he left me with*

I spoke with the owner about needing a radiator replacement which would be covered by my warranty in which he said he would diagnose my car and call around 12n the day I dropped my vehicle off which was 7/5 at 10a. Noon comes, no call. I called at 2, left a vm. Called at 4:30p, no answer. At 5:30p 30 minutes before closing the owner calls and tells me he replaced my coolant recovery tank (never authorized and an out of pocket expense not covered by warranty). I told him I never told him to replace it. But what’s done is done, right? He then says my radiator part will come in on Saturday and he “might” be able to put it in because he leaves early. Saturday 7/6 comes and no update until I call and he says the part is there but he’s leaving so it’ll be done on Monday. Today 7/8 I call twice,

Greg is great! Easy to work with. Good humor. Great prices. Not trying to gouge you, but to get you back up and running. Will go high end if needed and very professional. I won't go anywhere else now that I've been here.
