Spent $5300 on a transmission repair 2000 miles later back in a shop to pull transmission out for repair again this could have been avoided MTM was changed someone drop the ball on this one I ask for clutch to be checked was told that I was good and here we are

I drove from new Mexico to New Jersey 40 straight hours. Walked in and asked for a oil change on my box truck. They got my Truck in and back to me great service from everyone there. They have two shifts and are open till 11 pm. Friendly and professional. Arroyo the manager helped me get set up and Matt the 2nd shift crew leader took care of the rest. Great job great price and did above and beyond the normal treatment from other shops. The best place around. Love this place and the service they give. Blessings to all

I bought a brand new Peterbilt. “I had a very disappointing experience at Hunter’s Peterbilt in Pennsville, NJ. They charged me $320 for a diagnosis of an engine fault that was under warranty, and an additional $436 for a turn signal fault, which we told them where it was, despite my informing them of the issue. They also charged me $ 97.00 on a truck with only 40,000 miles for the diagnosis, balancing the front tires, which I found excessive. Overall, I felt the charges were unfair and not justified.” I was robbed today. I will never return to this dealership. The service advisor was Ed, my sales representative was Cris Turk, and his manager was Bryan Wible. Everyone washed their hands and did nothing. I wish I could’ve given them negative stars.

1.Metal shaves 2. Oil Pressure. 3. Smell burned oil 1. METAL SHAVES - letter sent to PACCAR with my pictures and got answer it is ok - no repair needed. Why HUNTER replaced my new filters with its new filters and I was charged? Why 2 additional diagnostics hours were added to current diagnostic hours without my verbal or written approval? 2. Oil Pressure -part ordered part & replaced under the warranty - NO QUESTION - NO CHARGES 3. SMELL BURNED OIL - I DID NOT APPROVE DIAGNOSIC AT ALL - it is written in email , and if HUNTER want to duplicate the issue - HUNTER needs to drive down hill 50-60 mph & use the engine brake To drive around the building, you would never duplicate the issue
