Jorge A. is amazing! He replaced my battery for me in the rain- he was so helpful and even showed me a few things I need to keep an eye on in the future. He was so pleasant and friendly and a true life saver! Thank you for risking the sniffles to help me, 10/10 recommend. I didn’t get the staff member who I spoke to on the phones name, but he was super helpful in helping select the correct battery and getting me taken care of as well. Thank you!

I came into AutoZone at around 6pm and was helped by Jorge and Kevin. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any auto part store. Great customer service and these guys were very friendly and informational. Jorge changed my battery and one of my headlights. Thank you again Jorge you did a great job 👍

I had a very tricky problem trying to get my engine crank no start problem resolved. Even though they gave me the wrong part they were quick to make amends and tomorrow we'll go see if the part I ordered is there. It's always a good idea to check what's in the box before I leaving the store. Having the original part available is always helpful when possible. The manager when I arrived was very courteous and helped me resolve this ASAP.

I just went to Auto Zone in Petaluma off of E. Washington, I was helped by Jorge. The experience was great. He helped me find exactly what battery I needed and helped me install it without no hesitation. He was a great guy and a great representative for your brand. I will definitely return to this location for my auto part needs.

Only one front desk employee was available and he seemed oblivious to just about everything. It took him several minutes just to put down the make and model of my car. Despite indicating that parts were "in stock" he'd walk back and come back only to tell me they weren't. Not sure if he couldn't find them, or the store wasn't keeping track of it's inventory. Regardless, the ordeal took around 20 minutes and I left empty handed despite being the only costumer in the store.
