I needed a battery for my car and showed up just before closing. Aida was more than happy to assist me. She took out the old battery and completely installed the new one...that's after she tested the old battery to see if it was bad. (And it was.) Im so grateful for all the wonderful employees at Auto Zone. They are helpful as well as extremely skillful. Ill definitely be back.

She was not only extremely helpful, but also genuinely kind, patient, and attentive, which made my experience so much easier and more enjoyable. I'm not very experienced with cars but I got the best customer service experience when I needed to replace a battery that day. It's very safe for girls to go there. And get what they need.

Paid for a new battery for $224, went home and brought back the battery that wasn’t working for $23 core charge. I asked to see if it was covered under warranty, which it was! They told me it’s a one for one swap I had brought this battery in for warranty. So I expected my $224 refund coz I clearly didn’t need to pay for another battery with warranty. They just handed me $27 and told me that’s all it’s worth under warranty. Clearly this place has no respect, integrity and showed clear disregard of their own standards.—Got a call from the manager to explain what happened a week later. She told me that there was a mistake and I went to the store to get my refund. She wasn’t there so I thought it was still gonna be a problem but Jason was informed so, thank you AutoZone and team!
