Joshua, one of the managers on duty, demonstrated an exceptional level of composure and customer service. While assisting another customer, who became impatient and demanded his immediate attention, Joshua respectfully explained that he would be happy to assist as soon as he finished putting an item away in the back. Called Autozone a few days ago talked to Randy to order a O2 sensor and come to find out was never ordered. Called again with Matt this time asked a few questions to make sure it was the O2 sensor and he asked if I had any more questions then I said no and he hung up on me. Went actually into the store cause I’m a commercial customer who is moving over here and all I do buisness with is Autozone as I have many shops. I was gonna move my commercial account as well. I spoke to Madelynne and actually got the parts I needed. She actually did a full diagnose on my vehicle as well cause I had an electrical issue and my tire said it was low but I didn’t have a gauge on me. I came in needing some help with my DEF and this nice lady helped me. I think her name was Madelynne she had a grey shirt on. She also spoke to me about some fuel injectors and a dent puller. She not only helped me pull out my dent but put DEF in my truck. I wish Rockdale and our country had more nice people like her. That store was busy and she took the time to do all that. So far great store!! I am so glad yall opened up as I did not like Oreilys and I am even more happy with the costumer service at Autozone.

So far so great when I went in I was looking for a simple bottle of fuel injection cleaning supplement Matt was able to assist me to explain each individual asset and what they offer for protection as well as the pros of each individual product. This guy right here had parts expert on his badge that is an understatement Because he needs to be a parts guru, there were some other people as well. They were able to chime in on it. I believe one of them was Randy and the other one was something that started with the C last name was Barry who knows either way these guys. Very knowledgeable and can assist even the dumbest people like myself that has no idea what is what will be back 100% Couldn’t have it any other way think the Lord and AUTOZONE came to Rockdale

First time being in a autozone and my experience was easy and smooth! I came in looking for a oil filter for a lawnmower my husband sent me in for and this young lady in a grey shirt asked how she could help me. She was very very nice and looked on google to find the filter I needed. They were quite busy but she took the time to look for the filter and actually asked if I had everything I needed. Not only was the store clean but the people were better! I am so glad autozone finally came in to town as it's a better option than Oreilys. Thank you!
