I was stranded on the freeway near Rockdale, Tx. I was recommended to call Napa by a competitor. I called Napa and the guy that answered the phone was so helpful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Napa location. And the price was $300 cheaper than another local store. Thank you Napa.

Hood latch screws backed their way out on my Jeep, they grabbed a pair of bolts and immediately had them installed. Easily best service in town.

Uhhmm wow! I’ve never had a better experience at a tire shop. Had a single rear tire blow out on a dually box truck. Called and verified they had the right size tire. Arrived at 1:00pm, they got to work immediately and I was back on the road with a new tire by 1:20pm. Very grateful for and impressed with the quick turnaround time.

We came in to replace an old battery, staff was super willing to help and knew what they were doing. They changed the battery out quickly but the car wouldn't start, tried a couple quick fixes and finally realized we had blown a fuse by jumping it beforehand. The manager even came out personally to help diagnose the problem. They replaced the fuse and got us back on the road. Will be back for sure. 👍
