Neal and the team here did a fantastic job replacing my tailgate on my Ram truck. They source a used one, fixed the small things and painted it to match perfectly. Then they mounted it and it looks way better than the 8 year old truck. I Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs.

I have known Neal for over 40 years and he and his team are the most detailed and fair collision center in Milam county. They perform some of the best work that I have seen. They care about their customers and they look for the most economical way to do the job, with superior quality.

I was able to get an appointment to have a headlight assembly installed within a couple days of calling. They provide friendly service, and great pricing. They even allowed me to purchase the part from an unofilliated entity, as I was able to buy the part for several hundred dollars less than what they had available. They have definitely earned my business for all future auto repairs!

I was referred to Ferrell's from a reputable source, for some body work on my truck, after the ice storm, February 2023. I went to get an estimate. I don't recall the name of the person assisting me, but he was an older gentleman. He came out and looked at my truck and took photos and stated that he would work up an estimate and call me back. I had not heard from him in 2 weeks. I went back after 2 weeks and he apologized for the delay and stated that he would complete the estimate that day and get back with me. It has been over a year and I still have not heard from him. They may do good body work on vehicles, but I won't use them if they cannot even do something as simple as a quote. If they were just too busy, they should have just said so.
