Garrett & Taylor here in Rockdale ARE THE BEST EVER yall get over there
Until that pretentious red headed dude doesn't work there anymore I refuse to go to this location ever again I'll go to the AutoZone instead. Refused a return in less than 24 hours on a product that doesn't work as advertised.
The people that work there are more than happy to help you and I don't make women feel stupid
Garrick is amazing, he knows and understands exactly what a customer needs and wants when it comes to customer experience, very accommodating and very welcoming. I needed parts for my truck, and he knew exactly how to help, he even helped scan on the code reader to tell me future repairs i need! will definitely be coming back!
Awesome customer service! Everyone is always smiling and eager to help any and all customers but not pushy! Workers are always in uniforms and very helpful! I strongly recommend this place!
