Everyone here is beyond exceptionally nice and respectful. I didn't feel belittled in any way. They made it easy for me to purchase my battery and resolved my issue quickly. Even going above and beyond as I had a faulty connector. All of them are awesome and have a great sense of humor.

Needed a battery for my 23 Hyundai and just want to say Jim was a pleasure to talk to while he installed my battery. Had a nice conversation that took my mind off of the fact that I needed a battery after only 2 yrs of ownership?

Had to get check engine code pulled, staff was very helpful and printed out the info of what the code was and ways to repair

Was at this store today , as soon as I came in I was greeted asked how I was doing before I even saw the person . That's good customer service. I have always had a good experience at this store . Keep that up Auto zone. O'Reilly's and Advvance down the street haven't been trained in customer service yet .

Hector exhibited the type of customer service that is missing nowadays. He brought a jump box to jump the car. I was in that had a dead battery with very little delay between our current phone conversation, and when he showed up on site. Because of the way he handled it. I will make every effort to make sure he gets my companies business as well in the future.
