I stopped in at the Shakopee AutoZone looking for a mass airflow sensor. Ben greeted me and helped me. Ben even went out of his way to make sure that I had the right part and it was installed correctly. I have been to several different locations in the past couple years and I have to say that my experience with Ben tops them all! He was knowledgeable and honest with me. I have not had this experience at other locations. He would be a great leader for the company!

This was by far my best experience I have ever had at an Autozone. The staff were very friendly and attended to me from the moment I walked in. One person in paticular stood out to me. Farhan was stellar. He gave me actionable advice that led to me fixing a simple issue that would have costed me quite some if I had taken it to a shop. Not only that, he scanned and cleared the codes and my car is runnig great. I know he did not have to help me to that extent, but the fact that he did, with such a great attitude is worth praise. Thank you Farhan! Scale not high enough! 10 stars!

I stopped by AutoZone needing help with a blown fuse, and while I know official policy often prevents employees from working on vehicles, manager Bill broke the mold and delivered exceptional service. Despite the fact that it was a brutal 12°F outside, Bill came out without hesitation. He provided the necessary tools and personally assisted me with the fuse change. He went truly above and beyond to get the situation sorted out and actually replaced the fuse for me, ensuring I was back on the road safely and quickly. This level of dedication and customer care is rare. A huge thank you to Bill and the team for outstanding service! Highly recommend this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I purchased brake pads and was told at the time of purchase that they could be exchanged with no issues. When I returned, I was suddenly told the policy had “changed.” I received completely different answers from different employees. One employee initially said he would exchange the pads, while another denied it, said the warranty didn’t apply, and walked away mid-conversation to help another customer. The lack of consistency and professionalism was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was that the way I was treated felt dismissive and discriminatory, which made the experience even more uncomfortable and disappointing.Policies should be clear and applied the same way to every customer. This experience was confusing, unprofessional, and disappointing. I won’t be returning to

I went to get couple things for my car. I’m handicapped and Ben who was assisting me was WONDERFUL!!! Not only he grabbed the items I needed, but brought me a chair to sit down and installed the mats for me, and topped the windshield wiper fluid too!!! You guys have no idea how much this kindness and help meant to me! From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!!! Keep up the awesomeness 💯💯💯
